Job summary

Topgolf Payroll Services is seeking a Technology Specialist I to manage the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices at our Dallas warehouse facility. You will deploy new devices for onboarding, handle returns, and maintain accurate hardware inventory using Intune, Autopilot, Windows, MacOS, and iPad platforms.

The role covers provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, warehousing, shipping, and asset documentation, with a focus on secure data handling and timely equipment availability for staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Technical Support or equivalent support environment.
• 2+ years of Previous IT field experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, depot, or IT staging environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40–50 lbs.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, MacOS and iOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Device provisioning and management: enroll, configure, and deploy Windows devices using Intune and Autopilot; image Windows and Mac laptops/desktops; deploy iPads with MDM enrollment; install required software; troubleshoot enrollment issues.
• Onboarding and offboarding: stage devices for new hires; retrieve and wipe returned devices; verify condition; coordinate with HR/IT/Managers.
• Warehousing and hardware management: receive, inspect, store hardware; manage stock of peripherals; identify low stock and assist reorder planning.
• Shipping and logistics: pack, label, ship devices to remote employees; process inbound returns; track shipments; coordinate with carriers.
• Asset inventory and documentation: maintain asset records; perform inventory counts; document device lifecycle from deployment to disposal.
