Job summary

Topgolf seeks a Technology Specialist I to manage end-user computing devices at our TIW warehouse facility in Dallas. You will deploy and maintain Windows, macOS, and iPad devices using Intune and Autopilot, and ensure equipment is tracked from receipt to retirement.

This role covers onboarding, offboarding, hardware staging, shipping, and inventory documentation, with a focus on security, accuracy, and timely provisioning to support our frontline teams.

Qualifications

• : High School Diploma required; 2+ years of Technical Support or equivalent in IT
• : Experience in warehouse, depot, or IT staging environment
• : Proficient with Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems; Dell hardware repair experience preferred
• : Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting
• : Strong communication and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Device provisioning and management using Intune and Autopilot (Windows, MacOS, iPad)
• Onboarding and offboarding: staging, wiping, and reallocation of devices
• Warehousing and hardware management: receiving, inspecting, stocking, and stock control
• Shipping and logistics: packing, labeling, and shipping devices to remote employees
• Asset inventory and documentation: accurate lifecycle records and serials in asset system
