Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Specialist-Third Party Device II to lead lifecycle management and device integration efforts for third-party and clinical technologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Vendor and cross-functional technical coordination experience.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in clinical systems, EMR, and decision support.
• Experience leading complex system changes.
• Experience working with stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Additional certifications (ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CHTM, HL7) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support and lead lifecycle management of third-party and clinical technologies.
• Lead device integration, device intake, technical assessment, and onboarding with IS, Clinical Engineering, Information Security, vendors, and clinical stakeholders.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, coordinate across teams, and conduct root cause analysis for reliable device performance.
• Guide integration activities across initiatives, manage timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Mentor less experienced staff and promote standard documentation, inventory and lifecycle practices.
• Drive workflow improvements, standardization, and service delivery outcomes.
• Communicate with technical, clinical and vendor stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
