Qualifications

• Healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements experience preferred.
• Clinical systems, EMR, and decision support expertise required.
• Experience leading complex system changes.
• Experience working with executives and key stakeholders.
• ITIL, CompTIA Network+/A+, CHTM, HL7 fundamentals preferred.
• FHIR fundamentals training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of third‑party and clinical technologies with focus on device integration.
• Manage device intake, technical assessment, and onboarding with IS, Clinical Engineering, Security, vendors, and clinicians.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for reliable device performance.
• Coordinate cross-team integration efforts with timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
• Mentor less experienced staff and promote standardized documentation and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, service delivery, and integration practices.
