Qualifications

Undergraduate sophomores to seniors or graduate students in relevant fields.
Full-time availability for up to 6 months in 2027.
Completed at least 2 years of studies by June 2027.
Apply user-centered design, human factors, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

Support planning, conducting, and reporting human factors activities including user needs, use mapping, and usability study planning.
Maintain device risk management documentation (FMEA/FMEdA) and ensure ISO 14971 compliance.
Perform literature and database reviews to identify evidence and implications for risk management.
Conduct primary user research via surveys, interviews, usability testing.
Analyze data and distill insights into actionable deliverables.
