Job summary

ReNEW Schools in Indianapolis is looking for an Asset Administrator / Device Support Engineer to handle digital device management and provide technical support. This role includes overseeing an asset management system, resolving issues with digital devices, and ensuring accurate inventory control.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in Computer Science and at least three years of client-side support experience. Strong skills in troubleshooting and asset management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience providing support for PCs or cellular devices.
• Preferred 2+ years managing assets in a medium to large business.

Responsibilities

• Administer asset management system for Digital Strategy.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain digital devices.
• Communicate with users to resolve technical issues using a ticketing system.
