Job summary

Brighter Day is seeking compassionate Direct Care Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings in Enid, OK. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and promoting independence, with a pay rate of $14.00 to $15.00 per hour and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.

Requirements include being 18+, having a valid driver’s license and insurance, and passing a background check. A paid 2-week orientation is provided.

• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to attend paid 2-week orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Implement individualized care plans and follow specific protocols.
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
