Branches Residential Services is hiring for part-time caregiver roles to support individuals with disabilities at home and in the community. You will assist with daily living activities, provide transportation, and help with healthy meal planning and wellness.

Starting wages are $15.00–$15.50 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include Major Medical, Life Insurance, and Aflac. Indiana residents with a valid license and reliable transport encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and dependable, compassionate demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
• Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
• Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
• Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
