Brighter Day in Tulsa is seeking a Direct Care Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role offers full-time hours, day/evening/overnight shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide direct care, implement service plans, promote independence, and accompany individuals to community activities, while ensuring safety and quality of life. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Salary Range: $12.15 To $14.00 Hourly

• Is at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Can successfully pass a background check.

Whether you're looking for days, evenings, or overnight hours, we have shifts available to fit your schedule:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
