Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Implement individualized care plans and follow specific protocols.
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals.
• Manage Staff.
