Qualifications

• Desire to work with persons with developmental disabilities and to maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to staff during shifts.
• Ensure the physical and emotional well‑being of individuals and habilitation plan objectives.
• Assist with training areas, transportation, and daily activities as needed.
• Maintain documentation and timekeeping related to shift operations.
