Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC, seeks a Test Engineer to support testing of new technology and existing fleet at lab facilities and field sites. You will collect high-quality test data, set up instrumentation, and manage data acquisition systems with CDT teams.

Responsibilities include instrumentation selection, data analysis of dynamic test data, and leading control system diagnostics and PID tuning, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering from an accredited university.
• Internship or academic lab testing experience with data acquisition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support testing of new technology and existing fleet at lab facilities and field sites.
• Select and apply instrumentation; set up and operate data acquisition systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of control system malfunctions and perform data trend analysis.
