Job summary

GE Vernova's Gas Power division seeks a Test Engineer to support laboratory and field testing of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator components, with responsibility for data acquisition and test data integrity.

The role requires hands-on instrumentation, data analysis, and collaboration with Design Engineering teams, along with travel and onsite work at Greenville, SC or field sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering or closely related discipline from an accredited university or college.
• Internship or other academic experience with lab testing and data acquisition.
• 0-1 year engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support testing of new/existing technology across lab and field sites, including data reduction and analysis of real-time and post-test data.
• Assist instrumentation selection, hardware modification, and test setup to validate engineering models; author technical documentation.
