NPower seeks a highly organized and systems-implementation-minded Development Operations Manager to build and maintain the internal systems such that front line fundraisers can spend more time in building relationships with funders and grant writers more efficiently submit proposals, reports and other funder deliverables. This position serves as a key liaison between Development (including front line fundraisers and grant writers) and Finance, Program, Data, Marketing, and other organizational teams. They will help streamline grant-related processes, maintain current organizational information and supporting materials, track deadlines and requirements, and coordinate responses to requests from funders and other external partners.
This position will oversee the systems and processes to ensure data integrity, grant requirements are tracked, and development leaders have the reports and insights they need to cultivate and steward supporters. This is a highly collaborative role that combines database management, reporting, prospect research, and project coordination.
Compensation for this role is location-based. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's geographic location.
