Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a Development Project Manager to bring formal, disciplined project management to its active development portfolio in Jeffersonville, Indiana. You will own schedule, budget, scope, and risk for multiple concurrent projects from due diligence through turnover.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is a core requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive PM experience on complex capital projects in real estate development or related domains.
• Experience owning multi-million-dollar budgets and schedules across concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project controls software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet) and construction platforms (Procore, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of the full development lifecycle: due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, turnover, and lease-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present status to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master project schedule for active developments.
• Develop work breakdown structures, milestones, and precedence logic; monitor float and recovery plans.
• Establish standardized project artifacts and reporting cadences across the portfolio.
• Lead project team meetings with clear agendas and documented decisions.
• Track budgets vs pro forma; manage change control and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Coordinate with lenders and accounting on draw schedules and funding milestones.
• Drive entitlement and permitting critical paths with municipalities and consultants.
• Serve as owner's representative with construction partners through turnover and warranty.
• Maintain risk registers and executive-level status reports for leadership.
