Job summary

Vector Design Group, the architecture and design arm of Denton Floyd Real Estate Group in Jeffersonville, IN, seeks an Architecture Project Manager to lead design delivery for multifamily and senior living projects from concept to construction documents.

The role reports to the President of Vector Design and coordinates with Denton Floyd Development, Forge Construction, and ownership to ensure design intent is realized within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture with project management responsibility on multifamily, senior living, or similar residential projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam; working knowledge of AutoCAD; solid understanding of codes and accessibility requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects through schematic design, design development, and construction documents for multifamily and senior living communities.
• Coordinate day-to-day design decisions with principals, project architects, and ownership to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain project schedules and track design milestones, deliverables, and internal review checkpoints.
• Support due diligence and feasibility studies during early site evaluation and entitlement phases.
