Job summary

Prologis seeks a Project Coordinator in the Lehigh Valley PA and Columbia MD area to support development and construction teams through accurate recordkeeping, contracts, invoices, and reporting. The role offers exposure to the full development lifecycle and a path toward development management.

You will work with Development Managers, Accounting, contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring timely updates and compliant processes while growing your skills in project controls and coordination

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project administration or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel ~15–20%.
• Experience in construction or real estate development preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, route for signature, and enter contracts and change orders.
• Enter and verify invoices; resolve discrepancies with contractors and managers.
• Maintain contractor insurance records and update before payment.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and project status reports.
• Coordinate information among internal teams and external partners; ensure timely communication.
