• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues, management, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, contracts, invoices, and reporting accurately.
• Support development managers, accounting, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare recurring project reports, monthly/quarterly accruals and budget-to-actual reporting.
