Job summary

Prologis is hiring a Development Project Coordinator to support development and construction teams across Lehigh Valley, PA and Columbia, MD. You’ll keep contracts, invoices, and reporting accurate while helping projects move through established processes.

The role offers exposure to the full development lifecycle and long-term growth within the Development team, working with managers, accounting, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related industry experience in project administration or similar roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication with colleagues, management, contractors and vendors.
• Willingness to travel ~15–20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, route for signature, and enter contracts and change orders.
• Review invoices in PeopleSoft and resolve discrepancies with teams.
• Maintain contractor records and ensure proper insurance updates.
• Prepare recurring project reports and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Support development team with contract formatting and signatures.
