Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Development Management Project Coordinator to support development and construction teams. The role maintains project records, contracts, invoices, and reporting, helping projects move through established processes with exposure to the full development lifecycle.

The position reports to Development Managers and interacts with accounting, contractors, consultants, and vendors. Growth potential exists toward Development leadership roles within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project administrator, development assistant, project engineer, property manager, contract administrator, office administrator, or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel ~15-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, route for signature, and enter contracts, addenda, and change orders for shell development, tenant improvements, and Build-to-suit projects in PeopleSoft.
• Review and enter invoices in PeopleSoft and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Maintain contractor insurance records and ensure updates before payment.
• Prepare recurring project reports and budget-to-actual reporting; keep cost and status information current.
