Job summary

National 4-H Council is seeking a Development Manager to steward and grow an annual portfolio of corporate and foundation partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, non-profit management, related field.
• 3-5 years proven donor relationship experience.
• 1-3 years fundraising with private foundations or corporations.

Responsibilities

• Renew corporate and foundation partners to renew and grow revenue.
• Develop customized proposals and partnership activation strategies.
• Coordinate donor deliverables, timelines and CRM records.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking and reporting of outreach.
