Job summary

The School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center seeks an Associate Manager, Development Operations to oversee all administrative processes and data workflows for contributed revenue. You will manage input of transaction data into Raiser’s Edge and coordinate between Development and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in development operations, strong Excel and communication skills, and a detail-oriented, systems-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Development Operations experience; advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge (NXT and RE 7) and Blackbaud Forms required.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely record gifts into Blackbaud Database.
• Monitor contributions, pledges, and transfers; support reconciliations with Finance.
• Lead RE records management and reporting for donor lists and mailings.
• Oversee data quality and provide RE training sessions for the team.
• Support development events and administrative tasks as needed.
• Create pre-posts for Financial Edge and assist with monthly reconciliations.
