Job summary

All Stars Project, Inc. seeks a Database and Development Lead in New York to support donor administration, gift processing, acknowledgments, and event coordination across markets.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Data Management, is hybrid in NYC, and requires collaboration with the national development team. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong Raiser’s Edge and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in Raiser’s Edge 7 and Raiser’s Edge NXT, including data administration tools.
• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions at all levels.
• Understanding of poverty-related issues and commitment to opportunities for underserved youth.

Responsibilities

• Lead data activities associated with processing gifts and maintaining records.
• Process contributions (checks, online gifts, credit card transactions) daily and ensure pledges/gifts are recorded.
• Manage acknowledgment letter process for gifts across markets.
• Produce daily income reports and manage responses.
• Manage email lists and create lists for campaigns in Constant Contact and Raiser's Edge (NXT).
• Manage import of program data (students, alumni, interns, volunteers).
• Lead fundraising administration of the national gala and Fall events.
• Train volunteer registration teams at fundraising events.
