Job summary

The Bruce Museum seeks an experienced Development Operations Manager to steward donor data, manage the prospect pipeline, and provide analytics for the advancement team in Greenwich, CT. This role ensures accurate data, timely reporting, and strategic support for CEO, Director of Development, and VP of Strategic Advancement.

The position integrates prospect pipeline management, moves management support, and data-driven performance reporting with traditional gift processing and database

Qualifications

  • Experience managing donor databases and data quality standards.
  • Ability to design dashboards and reports for fundraising leadership.
  • Familiarity with wealth screening and prospect research tools.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary system administrator for donor management system (Altru/Blackbaud).
  • Oversee data standards, gift coding, and monthly Finance-Development reconciliations.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for fundraising performance and campaigns.
  • Support moves management, prospect research, and pipeline stewardship.
  • Coordinate with Finance for gift processing and campaign accounting.
