Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Operations Manager to coordinate and support the operations of Principal Gifts and Global Markets workstreams. You will manage pipelines, donor reporting, and metrics with BBCRM, PowerBI, and related tools across global teams.

We value data-minded, detail-oriented professionals who collaborate across departments and contribute to strategic fundraising initiatives. Flexible remote/hybrid options apply depending on location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating projects.
• Experience generating reports, and analyzing and interpreting data.
• Experience with current technology in fundraising operations, data management and analysis.
• Experience working across departments.
• Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of fundraising operations, data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development operations across Principal Gifts and Global Markets.
• Track and report on PG Pipeline and NPP prospect activity.
• Support strategy sessions and leadership reporting with BBCRM, PowerBI and related tools.
• Align metrics reporting for executive portfolios and donors across units.
• Collaborate with field staff and fundraisers to drive decisions.
