Job summary

Woodruff Arts Center seeks a Development Manager to support the Senior Vice President of Advancement and Vice President of Advancement. This role combines executive assistance, financial tracking, meeting management, and direct donor engagement across campus.

You will bridge Development, Development Operations, and three Art Partners, ensuring accurate data flow, timely gift processing, and consistent reporting while coordinating events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in administration, development operations, or project management in a fundraising environment; supporting senior executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Development and VP of Advancement, including calendar management, meeting prep, correspondence, expense reporting, and travel coordination.
• Coordinate materials for donor and prospect meetings (briefings, proposals, agendas, follow-up).
• Manage development tracking systems supporting fundraising functions and donor deliverables.
• Maintain donor, prospect, asset, and sponsorship lists with cross-campus opportunities.
