Tipping Point seeks a Development Operations Associate to optimize donor data, reporting, and fundraising systems. You will partner with the Development Strategy + Operations Director and other teams to translate complex donor data into actionable insights and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce data, building dashboards, and coordinating gift processing with the Development Assistant. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze donor data and fundraising trends to inform the fundraising plan and revenue goals.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of fundraising initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Prepare materials for Development staff to manage portfolios and track revenue progress.
• Manage Salesforce data related to Development, ensuring integrity and resolving issues per guidelines.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor donor data and identify gaps affecting data accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve systems for giving, communications, and technology optimization.
• Lead the annual audit project coordinating tasks with the Development Assistant and stakeholders.
• Manage pledge follow-up and gift processing workflows with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
