Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development experience.
• Proven track record in grant writing and major gift solicitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in donor CRM databases and Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and identify donor prospects and cultivate relationships.
• Expand relationships with individual, corporate, and organizational donors for long-term engagement.
• Write compelling grant proposals and manage grant tracking and reporting.
• Plan fundraising campaigns, events, and direct/digital appeals; drive major gifts.
• Draft internal and external communications to boost Hildebrand’s public profile.
• Maintain donor records and analyze data to report on fundraising progress.
