Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead its fundraising function and develop the revenue strategy. This senior leadership role reports to the CEO and sits on the senior management team.

You will set fundraising strategy, lead major gifts and partnerships, manage the development team, and work with the board on campaign planning and donor cultivation while ensuring revenue targets align with the budget.

Qualifications

• Prior development leadership experience.
