The client seeks a Chief Development Officer to plan, develop, maintain, and continuously grow a comprehensive private and public, multi-channel, multi-audience fundraising program. This role supports a mission serving youth ages 18–24 who are experiencing homelessness, disconnection, and exploitation by helping sustain the resources required to deliver safe, wraparound services.
The Chief Development Officer will lead fundraising strategy and program growth, ensuring aligned efforts across donor and stakeholder audiences. The position works within a mission-focused environment grounded in core values such as immediacy, sanctuary, value communication, structure, and choice, emphasizing welcoming support and authentic relationships. The CDO reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of the executive leadership team.
