Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Management experience, with ability to motivate and lead a team, set objectives, manage staff performance, and communicate goals to the board.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct a comprehensive fundraising program, aligning with organizational goals.
• Secure financial resources from individuals, foundations, corporations, and other sources to support budget and development strategies.
• Design long-range strategic priorities, execute proposals and donor research, and manage donor prospecting and reporting.
