Job summary

Ambrose-Services-LLC is seeking a Development Manager to execute land development, vertical construction projects, and support acquisitions and dispositions. You will work with the development VP and team to ensure perfect execution of speculative and build-to-suit industrial and logistics projects.

The role covers land, development, construction, and asset management activities, requiring 5+ years in CRE development, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, and/or real estate.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate development field. Industrial, ecommerce or data center development preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and budgets.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate development risks.
• Knowledge of entitlement and municipal approval process.

Responsibilities

• Land: Identify, due diligence, underwriting and acquisition of strategic land positions; oversee consultants for due diligence; review survey/title information; lead easements and CC&Rs; interact with municipal staff during entitlements.
