Job summary

Ambrose Property Group seeks a Development Manager to oversee land development and construction projects. The role entails managing contractor selection, creating budgets, and ensuring project execution aligns with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably in industrial or e-commerce sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate development field. Industrial, ecommerce or data center development preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development and vertical construction projects.
• Work closely with development VP and team to ensure project execution.
• Manage general contractor selection and contract negotiation.
