Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will craft fundraising strategies, manage donor and partner relationships, guide campaigns, and mentor development staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit development/fundraising experience.
• Experience with donor cultivation, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, or sponsorships.
• Experience managing fundraising initiatives and/or teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and sponsorships.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders.
• Identify new fundraising and partnership opportunities.
• Manage donor and partner pipelines and engagement activities.
• Lead and mentor development team members.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, webinars, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals.
• Track fundraising activity, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and community engagements.
