Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership to build comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivate donors, and strengthen communications with supporters.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in development, nonprofit fundraising, or communications.
• Experience with donor relationship development and nonprofit fundraising.
• Knowledge of foundation and corporate philanthropic giving.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with donor databases (Bloomerang preferred).
• Strong writing and communications capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate mid-level and major gift donors.
• Lead donor stewardship activities and reporting.
• Create and implement donor communications plans and updates.
• Oversee donor record keeping, gift processing, and list management.
• Lead corporate and foundation partnership development.
• Oversee annual fundraising events and grant management as needed.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate fundraising revenue reporting.
