• Experience leading a fundraising team and strategy development.
• Deep knowledge of Baltimore philanthropic landscape and key funders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate major gift prospects, securing significant annual operating support.
• Lead and manage the development team to achieve fundraising targets.
• Oversee endowment campaign feasibility, case statement, and strategy to grow endowment to $5M+ by 2029.
• Oversee donor database, grants tracking, reporting, and moves management.
