Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with donors, alumni, parents, volunteers, faculty, staff, and other constituents.
• Working knowledge of donor stewardship, fundraising, gift management, prospect development, alumni engagement, event planning, and advancement operations.
• Demonstrated ability to understand donor interests, motivations, and philanthropic priorities and translate into engagement strategies.
• Strong organizational, project management, and implementation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with donor databases or CRM systems and using data to support fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for SDIS.
• Prepare donor briefings, contact reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Support advancement services and maintenance of donor records in DAVIE.
• Collaborate with UDO, Annual Giving, and SDIS leadership on donor engagement.
• Develop donor communications, impact reports, and stewardship materials.
