Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County is seeking a Development Lead to advance fundraising and philanthropic priorities. You will build relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners to generate support for our mission and long-term growth.

Lead a small team, develop fundraising strategies, and collaborate with leadership to expand campaigns. Bachelor’s degree and nonprofit fundraising experience required; Florida background preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public or Community Relations or related field.
Minimum years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, business development, nonprofit leadership, or related field.
Proven ability to build relationships with donors, corporations, foundations, and community leaders.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with assigned donors and potential supporters.
Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with priorities and growth.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and donor materials.
Oversee a team of fundraising professionals and collaborate with communications staff.
Monitor activity and evaluate progress toward fundraising goals.
