Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County seeks a dynamic Senior Director of Philanthropy to design and lead fundraising initiatives in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. You will be responsible for building relationships with donors and overseeing capital campaigns aimed at sustaining the organization’s mission.

With a minimum of five years in fundraising, you will collaborate with community leaders and engage donors to secure significant investments in youth development. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact on the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in fundraising, donor/family relations, or business development.
• Proven success working with high-net-worth individuals and professional advisors.
• Experience with basic estate planning and legacy giving strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a comprehensive advancement program in Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for established donors.
• Cultivate and solicit new donors whose giving goals align with the Club's goals.
• Prepare relevant proposals and reports demonstrating impact.
