Job summary

Thrive for Longevity, a Palm Beach County nonprofit focused on women's health literacy, seeks a development leader to build a scalable fundraising function. You will design and implement donor CRM, gift processing, and stewardship processes to support sustainable growth.

You will own the Founding 100 pipeline, manage grants (2–4 per year), and develop corporate/foundation partnerships, reporting to the Founder. Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CFRE preferred, not required.
• 5+ years progressive nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with donor CRM systems and moves management.
• Palm Beach County network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the development infrastructure, CRM selection, gift processing, and stewardship procedures.
• Manage the Founding 100 donor pipeline with cultivation and moves management.
• Oversee Thrive 2026 sponsorship fulfillment and on-site donor experience.
• Lead grant research and 2–4 annual applications.
• Build corporate and foundation partnerships and support the Founder.
