Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Manager of Development Finance in Orlando to lead financial underwriting, modeling, and valuation for new development projects and major investments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred and strongly considered.
• Demonstrated mastery of progressive financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
• Ability to work as a business partner with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for new development projects and large capital investments.
• Develop pro-formas including spend timing, operating assumptions and sensitivity analysis.
• Support evaluation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships; assist due diligence.
• Coordinate information requests and manage data rooms; track pipeline returns vs underwriting.
• Provide scenario analysis for investment committee materials and long-term growth strategy.
