Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Manager, Development Finance to lead financial underwriting, valuation, and execution of new development projects, major capital investments, and M&A transactions.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling with commercial judgment for long-cycle development and fast-paced deals. You will build and maintain models, develop pro-formas, and coordinate due diligence while partnering with cross-functional teams to refine assumptions and identify risks.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Experience supporting development, corporate development, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial analyses and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for development projects and capital investments.
• Develop pro-formas with spend timing, operating assumptions, and sensitivity analysis.
• Support due diligence and data room coordination.
