Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with results-driven mindset.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience sourcing and interpreting large data sets to drive decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills (including SUMIF and INDEX) plus financial modeling and reporting.
• Familiarity with Hyperion, Oracle Fusion, and BI tools is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in financial, operational, budgeting or forecasting analysis.
• Education requirements can be flexible unless legally required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support monthly forecast process with process improvements.
• Support recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
• Support the annual budget process.
• Ad hoc analysis related to Sales & Marketing business model.
• Performs other duties as needed.
