Job summary

Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida (GSTF) is seeking a Development Manager to lead donor relations, data operations, and the Campfires to Cocktails fundraising event. The role focuses on cultivating a robust donor portfolio, accurate CRM management, and coordinating major fundraising activities in the Miami area.

This position reports to the Director of Development and requires strong relationship-building, event coordination, and proficiency with donor databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of fundraising or related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor portfolio and meet revenue targets.
• Enter, track, and acknowledge donor gifts in the CRM.
• Plan and oversee GSTF's primary fundraising event, Campfires to Cocktails.
