Job summary

Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida is seeking a Development Manager to lead donor relations, data management, and major fundraising events in a fast-paced environment. You will cultivate a portfolio of corporate, individual, and government donors, manage CRM records, support reporting, and oversee GSTF’s Campfires to Cocktails event, reporting to the Director of Development.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least three years in fundraising, with proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three years of fundraising or related experience preferred.
Proficiency in donor CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Girl Scout mission, values, and culture, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Donor management: implement fundraising strategies, cultivate and solicit donors, and manage revenue targets.
Data management: enter, track, and report donor records and gifts in the CRM; generate reports.
Campfires to Cocktails: plan, budget, and oversee the main fundraising event and volunteers.
