Job summary

NYSUM is seeking a Development Coordinator in New York to support fundraising programs and promote ministry outreach. You will work directly with the President, coordinating activities, managing publications, and helping to reach annual development goals.

The role involves monthly and weekly planning meetings, budget tracking, and ensuring timely reporting of fundraising activity. It also includes maintaining donor materials and coordinating with vendors to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must have fundraising experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Background in development and nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the President weekly to plan development projects.
• Assist President with publications, promotions and fund-raising efforts.
• Prepare monthly reports: Budget, Appeals Summary and Appeals Daily Report.
• Maintain donor and promotional materials and vendor coordination.
