Job summary

Stlbsa seeks a Development Executive in St. Louis to secure financial support for programs and cultivate donor relationships.

You will manage a 100+ donor portfolio, solicit new gifts, and collaborate with field staff to grow the BSA brand while representing Scouting in the community. The role requires strong fundraising, marketing and project management skills, plus comfort with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong fundraising, marketing and program development background.
• Experience in non-profit operations and volunteer coordination.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with current donors.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit new donors.
• Manage portfolio of 100+ donors and prospects.
• Collaborate with Field Staff to expand donor base and brand of the BSA.
• Attend District and Council events to support fundraising.
