Job summary

Greater St. Louis Area Scouting in St. Louis, MO seeks a Development Executive, Operations to support fundraising and donor engagement, and to help manage programs that empower youth across the region.

You will work with development leadership, volunteers, donors, and partners to advance our mission through fundraising campaigns, donor relations, grant coordination, and operations support, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and a minimum of five years in professional work experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or business development is beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising operations and donor engagement initiatives.
• Identify, cultivate, and engage prospective donors to support youth programs.
• Manage donor portfolio, assist with communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship.
• Coordinate development projects, events, and campaign resources.
• Track progress using fundraising metrics and prepare materials for meetings.
