Greater St. Louis Area Scouting is seeking a Development Executive, Operations to support fundraising and donor engagement, helping deliver life-changing youth programs across the St. Louis region.

This role offers hands-on experience in grant management, event coordination, and community partnerships that advance our mission. Ideal for an early-career nonprofit professional aiming to grow into leadership, you will work closely with development leadership, volunteers, donors, and partners while

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least five years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising operations and donor engagement initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors.
• Coordinate development projects, meetings, events, and communications.
• Assist with grant management and reporting.
