Job summary
The Salvation Army is seeking a senior development leader to plan and oversee all fundraising activities, ensuring robust support for shelter operations, services, programs and special projects. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of development and fundraising experience with 2+ years supervisory.
- Valid State Driver’s License and CFRE preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, and oversees all fund-raising activities and campaigns.
- Leads the fund development department and staff, with budget responsibility.
- Develops donor recognition, cultivation, and major gifts programs.
- Represents The Salvation Army to community and advisory boards.
- Executes grants, corporate partnerships, and special events fundraising.
